Completed forms are posted directly into the DTS Workflow system for secure storage and retrieval when needed. Forms posted into our system automatically initiate a workflow process to route those forms to users based on configured business rules including SLAs and KPIs your staff may be working to. The data entered on the forms can be extracted to feed other systems or databases, and can be used to create custom reports and a valuable source of data for your business intelligence platforms.

Document imaging is the practice of converting paper and microforms to digital images. Once converted, information captured electronically provides the user the ability to retrieve documents in seconds.

There are many benefits of imaging, from increased productivity and service by reducing the time looking for files or documents, right through to reduced costs associated with hard copy storage, distribution, printing and delivery.

DTS can design and tailor an imaging solution using leading edge equipment and state-of-the-art technology. We can scan to all industry standards, from 100dpi to 600dpi, in black and white, greyscale, or high quality colour through our high throughput, dual stream scanners. We also provide high quality large format imaging up to A0 size records.

DTS provides online storage solutions for your digital records within our Complete Information Management System (CIMS). Customers can simply search CIMS to retrieve the imaged file, removing the need for expensive internal IT systems and management. Security advantages include protected access, encrypted content and audit trails, and we track all user access and usage.

DTS utilise the latest recognition technologies to capture data and index images, including:

  • Optical Mark Recognition (OMR) – registration of mark sense objects, for example: radio buttons, tick boxes, etc.
